In case you only want to use JIRA for support projects, you can download and install the JIRA Service Desk application. The procedure to install it is similar to that of JIRA Software, which we discussed in Chapter 1, Planning Your JIRA Installation. However, if you are already using JIRA Core or JIRA Software in your organization, you can still install the JIRA Service Desk application over your existing instance. Follow the steps mentioned here to install the JIRA Service Desk application on your existing JIRA instance:
Download the latest version of JIRA Service Desk available. You will get a
