Kaizen-UX manifesto
Kaizen-UX is an agile management framework, which uses maps to communicate and understand the users. The core of Kaizen-UX is the continuous innovation in an agile way. We value the following things:
- Maps and communication over comprehensive UX documentations
- People and interactions over processes and tools
- Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
- Responding to change over rigorously following a plan
- The users' needs over business goals
If you think that this is the agile manifesto tailored for UX teams, you are spot-on. I was inspired by agilemanifesto.org and SCRUM when creating the Kaizen-UX framework.
