There are many different roads that you may have traveled in order to get to the point where you are now, administering Exchange Online for your organization:
- Some will be experienced Exchange 2013 or 2016 administrators who are used to this interface, as it's very similar to the EAC for on-premise products. For you, we apologize; most of what you'll see in this chapter will be old hat for you, but we'll do our best to call out any differences you need to be aware of.
- Some will be experienced Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2010 administrators who've never used on-premise 2013 or 2016. There have been a lot of changes, but there will still be a good bit here that you're already familiar with.
