The types of information that are accessible in Mailchimp’s reporting
If you’re not new to Mailchimp, the reporting you’re most likely familiar with is Campaign reporting. Mailchimp was first known for its marketing email channel and still is to some extent, though it offers a lot more now. But, because it was the first and certainly the most well-known channel in the product, when they log into their accounts, lots of Mailchimp users click on Campaigns in the left-hand navigation menu instinctively, as shown in Figure 10.1:

This takes you right to the top of the Campaigns list, which is where you can see all the campaigns drafted and sent for a particular audience in your account. And specifically, when we are looking at the sent campaigns, we can see that some basic, at-a-glance stats appear to give us a little taste of how that campaign did.
