Creating your first RPA process

To help you understand UiPath Studio and the RPA process better, let's implement what you have learned into a simple project to display Hello World in a message box.

Follow these steps to create your first automation process:

  1. Launch UiPath Studio and navigate to the home view by clicking on the HOME tab:

  1. Click Process in the New Project section to create a new project. The New Blank Process window is then displayed:

  1. Enter a suitable name for the project and select a drive location to save it. Note that the project name cannot exceed 128 characters, and the description cannot exceed 500 characters.
  2. Click Create after entering all the details. The new project is opened in Studio.
  3. Click on Open Main Workflow on the DESIGN view of the newly created project:
