Welcome to the eighth chapter of Up and Running with Affinity Designer.

In the previous Designer Persona and Pixel Persona tool chapters, the tools we discussed covered a wide range of functions and uses. The Export Persona is different, however; it is designed specifically for a single task – exporting. While you don't have to be in the Export Persona to export your artwork, the options available in the Export Persona greatly enhance and streamline the process. It is especially useful for UI/UX asset exporting for screen, web, or game design applications where you are exporting many assets to different sizes, formats, and resolutions. Currently, the export formats include PNG, JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PSD, Open EXR, HDR, TGA, and SVG, EPS, PDF.
