Adding our animations, transitions, and effects

In this section, we will add animations, transitions, and effects such as slowing down the clip, zooming in, and more. So, to start, you want to select one of your best montages as this is what most people are going to see first, and you want to show something that will make them want to watch more. Once you have selected the clip, drag it to the front on the timeline and we will now edit this specific clip:

  1. Inside its Edit menu, we can now add a Fade In animation from the Animation category that lasts around 3 seconds. This will help give the video momentum and will help the audience adjust to it:
