Jira Work Management (JWM) is the newest project management tool from Atlassian, replacing Atlassian's previous product, Jira Core Cloud. Let's create a project!

We will begin by selecting the Projects option in the top navigation bar and then selecting Create project:

As previously discussed in Chapter 2, Working with Project Templates, there will immediately be a list of project templates displayed for Jira Work Management. At the time of writing, there are approximately 20 templates available. Figure 3.2 shows just a subset of what is available:

For our first project, we will click on the first option, that is, Project management. Next, we will view the template details for our selection:
