Lessons we've learned so far

The first thing we want to do in our closing chapter is to make sure we covered everything we wanted to. Throughout this book, we have explored many different things in many different ways. Some of it was more theoretical than other parts – but all of it was very useful and very relevant. Our goal in this section is to ensure you absorbed what we were hoping you did and that when we leave you, we leave you best prepared for the future.

We went from learning the basics of automation and its uses and then went all the way to building your own custom activities and microservices to interact with Marketing Cloud. Quite a journey to go on all in a single book!
