UiPath platform maintenance (on-premises)

The two main components of any core UiPath platform, be it UiPath Orchestrator or UiPath Test Manager, are as follows:

  • The application server
  • Database

The enterprise infrastructure team usually maintains application servers, and database servers are managed by the Enterprise Database Administration (DBA) team.

As a UiPath Support team member, it is vital to know the basic maintenance activities that are performed in these infrastructure components of the UiPath platform as it will help fast-track root cause analysis and issues with the UiPath platform:
