Summary

As many existing UiPath customers are on the on-premises UiPath platform, maintenance activities are mandatory knowledge that needs to be shared with the UiPath Support team. UiPath maintenance activities are not given due importance compared to other support activities. Since UiPath platforms are getting bigger in scope, it is recommended that these activities are highlighted, and new UiPath Support team members are trained.

As ABC Insurance Corporation uses a cloud UiPath Orchestrator and an on-premises cloud version of Studio and Robots, only a subset of this chapter was relevant to Jennifer. Therefore, we did not use this persona in each section of this chapter.
