UiPath Support strategy and framework

The UiPath Support and Monitoring functions are responsible for maintaining and continuously improving the UiPath bots in production, the UiPath platform, and the infrastructure components. In many organizations, deployment (or release management) is also handled by this function.

The UiPath teams mentioned in this book refer to the internal bot support team that supports the UiPath RPA program at the ABC Insurance Corporation and not the support team from UiPath “the company.”

Strategy is the foundation of any successful support operation. Like any other operation, the UiPath Support operation should be built on a sound strategy. It will ensure UiPath Support’s operational success and enable the scalability of the RPA operation when needed. The strategy should be flexible enough to adapt to change and respond to organizational demands, as the maturity of the UiPath Support operation increases over time.
