ABC Insurance Corporation UiPath Support strategy, framework, and models in action

The ABC Insurance Corporation’s UiPath pilot program was started in 2019 with just a two-member developer team, and within 6 months, they were saving 1 million dollars in operational costs for the company with 20 bots and 15 processes in production. Within a short span, the RPA team grew to 10 members. The team comprised 8 UiPath developers, 1 development lead, and 1 UiPath CoE manager.

Due to the high Return of Investment (ROI), a dedicated bot support engineer was hired for the team to support and monitor the 20 bots in production. To build on the value proposition of this UiPath automation program, an automation strategic committee was set up, and several objectives were defined for the UiPath RPA CoE.
