The UiPath RPA support and monitoring operation is one of the critical tangents for the success of organizational UiPath RPA programs. A UiPath Support program needs to be designed with good fundamentals such as strategy, framework, policy, and more. That is this chapter’s core message if you are if you are aspiring to work in UiPath Support and administration roles.

Jennifer started with an understanding of the importance of having a UiPath Support strategy and framework for a UiPath Support operation. Strategies are defined to provide direction to the UiPath Support team to meet the objectives set up by the RPA CoE leadership team. On the other hand, the framework defines all the components needed to execute the strategy.
