Summary

In this chapter, we learned about testing the Dynamics 365 CE application. We discussed how to create a test plan and what sections we should include in our test plan document. Then, we discussed manual and automated testing approaches. We also learned why UAT is important for Dynamics 365 CE implementation and how it can be performed. Lastly, we discussed how to conduct end user training for Dynamics 365 CE implementation.

In the next chapter, we are going to discuss different paths we can follow in order to upgrade to Dynamics 365 CE from earlier versions of Dynamics CRM, as well as how we can migrate our existing data to Dynamics 365 CE.
