In this chapter we have learned how we can better organize and restructure our spaces as our Confluence site starts to grow. We have also seen that, with the use of labels, content is easier to find and overviews are easily created. Labels, watches, and favorites can help us keeping track of interesting content to the point where we can receive notifications on new additions or changes to existing content.
The search engine behind Confluence is really powerful, yet there is an easy way of using it via the quick navigation aid. For power users, there is also an advanced search available. Confluence also indexes our attachments, so that we can search those documents and spreadsheets as well.
In the next chapter we will take a look at how to use Confluence in our day-to-day business, and learn how to collaborate and share information with colleagues using Confluence.
