There are three methods available to remove AudioSuite plug-ins. The recipe will focus on one method, while the There's more... section will provide two additional methods.
This first method will remove one AudioSuite Effect at a time (per enabled track):
Enable the Track Selector(s) for the track(s) that contain a Segment(s) with an AudioSuite Plug-In that you want to remove.
Park the blue Position Indicator on the Segment(s) with AudioSuite Plug-in to be removed.
Click the Remove Effect button (which resembles the octagonal Stop sign in the U.S with a Slash through it). By default, the Remove Effect button can be found in these locations:
In the Fast Menu Tool Palette, located between the yellow Splice arrow and the red Overwrite arrow
Below the Record Monitor, in the second row of buttons
On the Timeline Tool Bar
In the Command Palette: Tools Menu | Command Palette | FX Tab
