Removing RTAS plug-ins

There are two methods available to remove RTAS Plug-ins.

How to do it…

This first method allows you to remove a single RTAS effect at a time:

  1. Open the RTAS Tool by using any of these methods:

    • Tools Menu | RTAS

    • Right-click on an audio Track Selector and choose RTAS Tool

    • Click on one of the five RTAS Insert Buttons found in the Track Control Panel

  2. In the RTAS Tool, Select a Track from the pull-down menu.

  3. Select an insert (that is, a though e).

  4. From the Select Plug-In pull-down menu, choose No Insert.

This second method will let you remove all of the RTAS effects from a track in one step:

  1. Right-click on an Audio Track Selector and choose RTAS Effects.

  2. From the Submenu, select Remove All.
