Chapter 3. Estimating and Time Tracking

Every Agile team is different from each other and every team has its own way of working. Every team has its boundaries, capabilities, and smells. A team also evolves and adopts over a period of time to work together to deliver maximum value. Agile-based concepts are also built with the same mindset.
