Day 19 – summarizing and distributing feedback

The most important action for you to take today is to ensure that all the findings from the full team are gathered, summarized as a draft, and distributed within 24 hours of the meeting. This will demonstrate the importance of having team meetings, while being proactive with a "do it now" attitude. Each member of your team will appreciate your responsiveness and will soon follow that same behavior.

Along with the summary of the meeting, include the draft agenda for the next meeting and provide them with an assignment in preparation for performance reviews. That assignment would be the same exercise you did on day 17, "What do you want out of life?"

Ask them to complete it and be ready to discuss it with you during a performance review that you will schedule with each of them tomorrow.
