Today is a follow-up day, but more importantly a continuation of last week's team meeting. As the facilitator, you need to remember what went well and areas of improvement from last week's meeting. Conduct yourself accordingly.
Have the following ready before you begin:
Opening remarks.
Delegate or find a volunteer to take notes, gather notes, and type up highlights of the day.
Review of last meeting's evaluation, focusing on what went well /delta—what we need to do better today to get to a 10?.
An open floor for comments and questions from the last meeting.
Progress reports from groups formed at the first meeting followed by applause.
Review the top three dreams/visions for the team over the next 3-5 years from the last meeting.
