The last stakeholder group we will focus on is the project team. It is easy to forget that members of the project team are stakeholders; after all, working on the project is their job.

Project work is difficult. Many project team members work much longer hours than usual. They are learning and applying new skills all the time. Timelines are tight, deadlines loom, and the pressure is high.
