One of the most important components to the strategic planning meeting is capturing all of the information being discussed. Participants will want a record of the SWOT discussion about the organization. They will want copies of the data and information shared during the environmental scan. Lastly, they will want the final strategy document and action plans. Most of this information will be supplied by the person responsible for facilitating the session.
