General company needs – technical


General company needs will address fundamental questions that will impact your overall system choice and implementation. Technical specifications are primarily related to the nuts-and-bolts aspects of your SCRM, such as quantity limitations and technical requirements.

Number of users and storage requirements

The first question that you will need to answer is whether you will require a single-user or a multi-user system, and please think about your potential and/or planned growth before you answer that. Cloud-based systems that you will access via the Internet may be based on a per-user basis, or they may offer different levels for teams. For example, "X" dollars per month for up to five users and "Y" dollars per month for up to 10 users. You may be allowed to add users for an additional monthly fee per user.
