In order to receive the maximum benefit from your SCRM, it is critical that you begin to establish fundamental routines, which can then be consistently applied by every individual team member. The old saying that "practice makes perfect" is inherently incorrect. "Practice makes permanent" is much more accurate, so practice the right things!

Get focused and get organized!

Much of this centers on the question, "Do you want to make great quality contacts, or do you want to make quantity contacts?". Quality means that you will religiously keep records up to date, set reminders, and review your records prior to making that phone call, e-mail, or personal visit. Customers appreciate it when you have done your homework and you come prepared!
