You do not have to use 10 as the "most" number. It can be any number that will add value to you. Knowing what items sell the most by sectors can add great value. This should be obvious. Being able to identify what items get returned the most is just as important. Do you need another distributor, a competing product, or should you discontinue selling this product altogether? Items returned can lead to unhappy customers and may damage the reputation of your company, so finding the "why" is a critical mission.
