It's funny how some people react to this question when I've asked them. Some looked at me with surprise, while others have asked me if they should have questions. My answer to the second question is, definitely. You must have questions to ask the interviewer(s) when they're done asking you questions. Why? In part because they want you to leave the interview with a better sense of what the job and company are about; but mostly because they want to see if you're serious about the position through the intelligent questions you ask them. Some agree that the questions you ask are nearly as important as the answers you provide to their questions.

This means that your questions have to be intelligent and not a waste of the interviewer(s) time. A question like, "What are the working hours?" shows no effort and, quite honestly, is irrelevant.
