E-mails


Today, e-mail is the most common form of communication. This form is attractive due to their remote nature. Not only that, but it is also a form of communication that is not bound by specific etiquette—it can be used formally or informally. With popularity comes greater responsibility. The content of the e-mail must be as perfect as it can get. E-mails are admissible in courts in most parts of the world, so it makes perfect sense to get the e-mailing part right, every time. If you are on a call and say something inappropriate, you can always apologize and say that you were distracted for a moment or you weren't thinking else you can also claim that you never said anything like it. You cannot claim the same with the e-mail. The proof is in the words, and it cannot be altered. What you put on an e-mail will hold you to it as long as you are liable.
