While applying and tweaking materials, you can cross a section in your 3D model where you can easily see some flickering. Although this should be avoided, there is an inbuilt setting in every Lumion material to correct this problem. Let's see how we can use this setting.
To begin with this recipe, I will assume that you have the material applied to the surface, so I am skipping the steps involved for this part.
To remove the flickering from your 3D model, perform the following steps:
In the materials panel, click on the Placing button, and a list of options appear, as shown in the following screenshot:
The option you need to adjust is Depth Offset, but avoid making extreme adjustments.
Adjust the value until the flickering stops, and if necessary, press the Shift key to make accurate adjustments.
