Making sure that everyone is informed


Information, communication, and collaboration are three words that are often heard in the project management world. Making sure everyone is informed can literally mean life and death for your project. Luckily, with proper work and process organization, Redmine can be the tool that ensures that everyone is informed in a timely manner. In this recipe, we are going to present two scenarios:

  • Assigning an issue to one worker and have other workers informed about that issue and any update on it
