Starting the customization process


In Microsoft Dynamics NAV, we need to be very careful about when to start a development process and change the business logic. Generally experienced consultants can come up with very minimal customization and development and yet fulfill the customer requirement. In this chapter, the focus will be on how to better understand the system and fit the gaps with the out-of-the-box technique used by skillful consultants.
