JIRA with the Subversion plugin


SVN is a popular and widely-used version control software. JIRA has an add-on, called JIRA Subversion plugin, which can be used to integrate JIRA with SVN. Let's work through the following steps to install the JIRA SVN plugin:

  1. Navigate to Administration | Add-ons | Find new add-ons (under ATLASSIAN MARKETPLACE ), enter subversion in the search box, and press the Enter key:

  2. The JIRA subversion plugin will appear in the list. Click on the Install button to continue.

  3. This add-on will then be downloaded and installed on your JIRA instance. Once installed, you will get a message confirming the installation:

  4. Click on the Close link to close the popup.

  5. Navigate to Administration | Add-ons | Subversion Repositories (under SOURCE CONTROL):
