Summary


Wireflows are the plans of our product. They are an enriched journey map, and they're based on a good understanding of the users, their pain points, and behaviors. We create wireframes for our UI solutions and link them together with arrows. 

In the early phases of the project, we can create low-fidelity wireflows, continuously improving them during WIW. Later, before rapid prototyping, we can build a high fidelity wireflow, as a close-to-real representation of our solution. 

However, the best way to understand our users and to improve our user experience maps is testing with real users. In the next chapter, we will conduct Remote and lab tests for map creation. So, let's get closer to our users!
