Creating charts based on worksheet data

In this section, we will learn how to create a chart from worksheet data; plot non-contiguous data; select, resize, delete, and change chart options and layouts; view the Sunburst and Funnel charts; look at how to change chart placement. You will also be shown how to change the chart titles, add a series, and change chart elements manually.

We use charts to make information more appealing, clearer, and easier to read. A chart is a graphical representation of worksheet information. It is important to get used to the names of the different elements of a chart so that you know which part you are changing when presented with options while editing.
