Presenting online

Sharing a file via Present Online allows you to collaborate in real time and choose who you would like to give the file control to. There are two options available under Share | Present Online. The free option would be to use the Office Presentation Service, which would only allow users to view the document while you keep control during the presentation. You can, however, allow the audience to download the document you are presenting. The second option is to present through Skype for Business. If we chose the Skype for Business option, we would need to have a Skype for Business subscription so that we could present the document online by sharing our screen with the audience.

Let's go through the steps to discover these options.
