Using our general introverted preference to think things through can be an advantage, as long as what we are thinking moves us forward in meeting participation and helps us feel confident for our voice to be heard.

Sometimes, when we think of ourselves in the light of introvert myths, we can damage who we are naturally by tossing that thinking behavior aside or not perfecting it for the situation.

We have to stop sabotaging ourselves this way. One of the first places we can find positive results is to show up bringing the best of ourselves to a meeting.
