When you set AngleX and AngleY to a SkewTransform, the associated element skews/shears counterclockwise from the Y axis and the X axis, respectively, at an angle specified, which is measured in degrees.
The CenterX property is used to set the X coordinate of the transform center, whereas the CenterY property is used to set the Y coordinate of the transform center. In the preceding example, when we specified CenterX and CenterY to the image, it changed the skew position centered at (200,-100) coordinate point, as shown in the following screenshot:
