Scenario walkthrough

The following scenario illustrates how business rules are managed in Dynamics 365. We will use the same school management scenario that is explored in Chapter 10, Working with the XRM Framework.

Scenario

The teacher of a class wishes to highlight some key student information to school staff whenever they open a student's record. The following are the conditions and the corresponding messages the teacher wishes to be displayed:
