Navigating the report center

In this section, we will cover how the report center is organized so that you can easily locate a report. The report center includes several pre-built reports that will give you both summary and detailed information about various aspects of your business. It is organized into three main sections: standard reports, custom reports, and management reports. The majority of the reports are located in the standard reports section. To access the report center, click on Reports located on the left menu bar as indicated here:

Standard reports are categorized into the following nine reporting groups:

  • Favorites: You can mark your most frequently used reports as a favorite and they will be listed in the favorites group. To add a report to your Favorites list, simply click the star icon located to the right of each report.
