Similar to customers and vendors, you can import a products and services list in QuickBooks. This can save you a lot of time if you have a sizeable list of products or services that you sell. You can import this information from a CSV file into QBO. Follow these steps to import products and services into QuickBooks Online:
- Navigate to the Products and Services list by clicking on the gear icon and selecting Products and Services, as shown in the following screenshot:
- Click on the arrow next to the New item button and then click on Import, as shown in the following screenshot:
- Click the Browse button to upload the CSV file from your computer, as shown in the following screenshot:
