I am usually very keen on pairing with varied people, as I know I will learn so many small things that will add up and make me a better professional. In this section, we will look at how being open to new challenges and being social can lead to a fast and almost continuous learning experience in the long term.

I think that we all need to learn continuously as we are part of an industry where so many things change, often with such incredible speed.
