Exploring Power Virtual Agents

Power Virtual Agents (PVAs) are used to build intelligent chatbots, rapidly and without the need to write any code. It provides you with a fast and intuitive way to build bots that help customers of these bots to make decisions or take certain actions. The bot will not just be a conversational bot, but will also offer a set of interactions and experiences that appear natural, as if you were talking to a human customer service agent. It leverages natural language understanding to parse the questions asked by the customer and can match them syntactically or semantically to provide the best response to the customer.
