This chapter brought a lot of technical factors to the plate. In this chapter, we learned how to protect our account with 2FA; customize our workspace both aesthetically and functionally; set the tone with customized features such as GIFs, emojis, and team bonding exercises; as well as how to manage our virtual storage. There are many mechanical features that come into play when working in a digital workspace, all of which are equally as important as the next, whether it's the color coordination of your Slack dashboard or the arrangement of your company's channels.
