The concept of business partners in SAP CRM and SAP TMS is almost similar in nature. Customers, vendors, and carriers are referred to as business partners in SAP TMS. Business partners are those that the organization does business with, and they can be categorized as follows:

  • Business partners: Business partners could be customers, vendors, or carriers. This is a business partner that a company has a business interest in.
