Using the Milestones app and Teams for superior project management

With the Milestones app in Microsoft Teams, we can incorporate our project management within Teams. The features and functionalities of Milestones are similar to those seen in Tasks and Planner. As mentioned earlier, we will be exploring all the project management methodologies that are present in Teams, and we will be using the preferred method based on each project type. A huge benefit of using Milestones is that it stands unique due to the fact that it was built using the Power Apps Dataverse platform. This low-code data platform enables admins to provide the best customized view from top to bottom.

To get started, navigate to the Apps section and search for milestones.
