Using the Project and Roadmap apps as a better way to keep track of your projects

Microsoft released the Project and Roadmap apps in Microsoft Teams in November 2020. These apps make it easier to manage, track, and collaborate on group projects. The Project and Roadmap apps can be added as tabs in any channel by selecting the + icon at the top of a channel. The Project app is really an enhanced version of the Planner app, and we can expect more enhancements to be made in the future. Being as this is a Project web app, we can expect that it will replace the Planner app in the future.

With the Microsoft Project app, we can connect to the project directly from Microsoft Teams. The best part is that team members can create new projects or open existing projects from within Microsoft Teams.

Having said that, let's use a real demonstration to see how the Project app can impress us by adding this as a tab to an existing team and see the results.
