Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) allows you to use multiple channels and tools to create a 1:1 marketing experience for your customers and subscribers. An event-based example

We now have a solid grasp on what a webhook is, how it differs from an API, and the types of scenarios where it can be a more effective solution than traditional API requests or polling. What might not be so obvious is how we can utilize them to extend our capabilities within Marketing Cloud to improve our current processes. To that end, it might be helpful for us to look at a simple webhook implementation that works with Marketing Cloud to automate an internal process common to many organizations.
