Summary

In this chapter, we have learned how we can securely store our Visio documents and provide access to them to an organization, groups of users, teams, channels, or specific individuals. We have also seen how we can add comments in Visio diagrams or include them within a Teams chat, and how to invite others to collaborate, using @mentions or by sharing a controlled link with them.
