If you need to expose your CDS data to customers and partners, you need to create a portal app and then configure the entities and forms to expose. Creating a portal app is easy. You create portal apps from the Power Apps maker portal (https://make.powerapps.com).
To create an app, click on + Create in the maker portal and then click on Portal from blank. The following window will appear:

In the fields shown in Figure 11.2, enter the name of your portal, the URL address for your portal, select a language, and then click on Create.
The address must be unique for all Power Apps portals worldwide. If it is unique, you will see a tick. If you do not see a tick, change the address until a unique name is available.
Provisioning a portal can take a few hours. Clicking on Apps in the maker portal will show you the status of your portal app. When the portal has been provisioned, you will see two apps...
