Export to Excel is available from the action bar in most views. This import tool allows you to export the data in the view to an Excel file. Clicking on Export to Excel shows the export options as shown in the next figure:

The options for exporting to Excel include the following:
- Static Worksheet: A snapshot of the records in the view. The data is copied to a worksheet on your local computer.
- Static Worksheet (Page only): Only the records on the first page of the view (up to 250 records based on the setting in your personal options) are copied to the local computer.
- Dynamic Worksheet: Creates an Excel worksheet on your local computer with a query based on the current view definition. No data is stored. When you open the worksheet, a connection is made to Common Data Service and the latest data is loaded into the spreadsheet. The query respects your security access. Another user opening a...
